Lighttpd, WordPress und das Caching

Es ist schon interessant, was ein cachen an der Performance einer Seite verbessern kann. Ich will hier nur kurz abhandeln, welche Caching-Option die Ladezeit unseres Blogs verkürzt hat. Ich habe hierbei 3 Testläufe getätigt: einmal ohne Caching, einmal mit dem WordPress-Plugin „WP-Cache“ und einmal mit hinzugeschaltetem PHP-Modul „xcache“.
